From Import to Your Door
Shimla Foods handles the full supply chain from sourcing pulses internationally to processing them at our own facility and delivering wholesale to buyers across Pakistan. Here is how the entire process works.
Direct Import
We source pulses directly from international markets, no middleman, better pricing, reliable stock.
Processing
Raw stock is cleaned, sorted, graded and packed at Danial Dal Factory our own facility in Faisalabad.
Wholesale Supply
Processed stock is supplied wholesale through Khalid Brothers at Ghalla Mandi or delivered directly to buyers.
Step 01 — Import
We Import Directly from International Markets
Shimla Foods sources pulses directly from producing countries rather than buying from local intermediaries. This keeps our costs lower and gives us better control over the quality and consistency of incoming stock.
We plan our imports around market demand and seasonal availability maintaining stock levels throughout the year so buyers are not left short during peak periods.
Step 02 — Processing
Processed at Our Own Facility
Once imported stock arrives, it goes directly to Danial Dal Factory our own processing facility in Faisalabad. Every batch is handled in-house before it reaches a buyer.
Running our own factory means we control quality at every stage. We do not send stock to a third-party processor what we sell is what we have personally cleaned, sorted, and packed.
Step 03 — Supply
Wholesale Supply Across Pakistan
Once processed and packed, stock is made available for wholesale buyers through two channels our physical shop at Ghalla Mandi and direct orders placed through Shimla Foods.
Most of our buyers are repeat customers who place regular orders. We prioritise consistency of supply and clear communication over one-time transactions.

Our physical shop at Faisalabad's grain market. Walk-in buyers can inspect stock, negotiate, and collect directly.
Consistent Stock Year Round
We maintain regular stock throughout the year. Buyers can count on availability without worrying about seasonal shortages or supply gaps.
Long-Term Supply Relationships
We work best with buyers who need regular, ongoing supply, not one-time purchases. Most of our customers have been with us for years.
